Hello, as per usual we are going to perform our annual off-site S3 backup cleanup. Please download all important backups from our Game Panel locally as we will be performing full wipe of all backups and only newly uploaded ones will be become relevant.

It appears that a major upstream provider in Europe completely killed all connections to the US, which lead to US systems being unreachable by our infrastructure in EU.
- INVESTIGATING
We've identified a Backbone issue with our upstream in US. As a result Systems are not reachable from Europe. All servers will continue working, however US servers will not be manageable until our US upstream investigate and resolve the routing issue.

Global T1 carrier issues on the backbone was the caused for the network disruptions. We've communicated this to our partners and took all measures possible to ensure preventing such issues in future.

Systems maintenance have been dropped down as the issue is stabilized, we and our upstream and going to continue monitoring the network issue and will post breakdown later on. All systems should be back up and available.

The issue have been identified by our upstreams and they are working hard on isolating the issue.

We are observing network instability in our US network, caused by our upstream. Network reachability will be degraded as we investigate further.
